Money has always been regarded as the key to happiness, success and power, while at the same time the root of all evil. Me, I just thought it was money. I makes it, I spends it.

27, Guard Dog

Its all about the color, These are two aluminium dog statues I have in my chaotic collection, I have a thing at the moment with photographing objects in available light and not letting flash or additional lighting bring the colors back to their true state.

Today we celebrate the birthday of Kelly Bundy (Christina Applegate 25-11-71) That fine star from Married with children. I'm sure this program put parenting back many years. But oh we loved you Kelly. Definitely worth $26.00

25, STOP VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN

Tomorrow is White Ribbon Day, please take the time to read about it and Commit.

  

The White Ribbon Campaign is the only national violence prevention campaign, and it is unique in that it aims to raise awareness among Australian men and boys about he roles they can play to prevent violence against women. The campaign calls for men across Australia to speak out and take an oath. An oath swearing never to commit, excuse or remain silent about violence against women. The campaign culminates on White Ribbon Day (25 November) each year, when men and women across Australia are called to wear a white ribbon or wristband as a visual symbol of their commitment and oath.

The TARDIS, the Dalek Who'd of thought that they would become icons. From very humble beginnings where the monsters looked like garbage bags and melted foam to million dollar per episode stories. The best ever SciFi on the small box.

21, Just so Superior

There are so many Iconic motorcycles, but there is only one that is Superior. Brough's SS 1000 Superior. As favored by Sir Lawrence of Arabia. The fastest production road bike until the multi cylinder super bikes of the 1970's. Mind you it cost the same as a small house in its day.

20, The another day another dollar stood still

18, Its money Jim but not as we know it.

There's few images that evoke icon status like the USS Enterprise hurtling through a field of golden stars. Don't you dare ask what is Enterprise? I'll slap you where you stand.

17, Kombi of Koin.

This will start my week of Icon Items and there can't be many bigger icons than the Kombi ute. OK these are my Icons so no correspondence will be entered into. 

Its 16 but its the 15th

Today I have a conundrum, you see its my birthday on the 16th of November but today is the 15th and I need to show 16 coins. So I am plugging my Birthday with one sleep to go. Yea happy tomorrow : )

Anyone with a mortgage will well know 'WHICH BANK' has recently been accused of gouging its customers with above average interest rate increases. So as all good investors should, I'm pulling my money out of their bank.

14, Two Whole Weeks

14 days of dollars, its becoming a bit easier to make images now I have some coin to play with. Some commemorative additions are the 2008 Centenary of Scouting, 2007 Apec Australia, 1997 Charles Kingford Smith, 2003 Centenary of Womans Suffrage, 2001 Centenary of Federation, 2009 Centenary of Aged Pensions. So far I have found 10 of the possible 64 versions of the mighty dollar.

12, About time Collingwood

12 coins to commemorate Collingwood Football Clubs 2010 Grand Final victory. 20 years between drinks really makes it a timely win. And it was 32 years before that since the previous premiership. (So 32 - 20 = 12. OK its a stretch but it works for me)
